About Free Space Wellness
Free Space is a Nashville-based wellness community creating safe, empowering environments for self-care, connection and authenticity. Through curated events, one-on-one services and meaningful experiences, we encourage people to show up as their full selves — no masks, no performance. Rooted in inclusivity, connection and healing, Free Space is where you come to recharge, be seen, and build confidence in who you are.
Founded by LaChelle Hunt-Norman, who built Free Space so Nashville would have a room where rest, growth and community live in the same place.
